INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup sour cream
¼ cup prepared horseradish
salt and pepper, to taste
hot sauce, optional
METHOD
Whip the cream until it starts to get thick. Stir in the sour cream and horseradish. Taste and season as desired.
If you like things spicy, do as I do and add a dash or two of hot sauce.

Wow – I can imagine this sauce on a beautiful piece of grilled salmon. I think I know what’s for dinner tonight!
That sounds great on salmon! I added a little milk to some of the garlic sauce and made a quick alfredo-type of sauce with shrimp. Put it on creamy polenta for a super quick dinner! 😉
