This is something I’ve wanted to make for a long time. Thanks heaps. I’ve printed it out!

This marinade was very disappointing. The lemon juice was extremely overpowering! My steaks tasted like nothing but lemon. Will cut back on the amount of lemon juice and the time of marinading in the fridge.

    • Hi Bobbi – I’m so sorry to hear that you didn’t like the marinade. It may have been overpowering if you had just one steak in the marinade? I don’t know… I’ve made it many times and love it.
