There’s something wonderful about making pasta. It’s probably in my Italian blood. lol. I make a well in the middle of a mound of flour and put the eggs in it. I do it right on the countertop. One of my favs is fresh lemon pasta. The only topping I need on that is a little butter and parm. Yum, now I’ve made myself hungry!
