just got back from Florida–had a dish called oyster st. thomas–chopped lobster–mushrooms–hollandaies –better than rockafeller–almost–have recipe??

Hi Jym! I’m in Middle Tennessee and I’ve bought oysters at both Publix and Kroger. I’ve also bought delicious tuna steaks at Publix. Was actually surprised at the quality!!

Awesome recipe, thanks! Without giving away too much detail, I understand online privacy. Whereabouts in TN are you (western, middle, eastern)? I’m a recent relocatee too and I havent seen oysters that cheap in middle TN! Was it a market or chain?
