It would be delicious with feta cheese. I sometimes serve it with feta cheese on the side or sprinkled on top. Perfect combo!

This dish is almost as amazing of you. Up until now I thought Baba Ganoush was the grandmother on the old Danny Thomas show. Maybe your too young to remember, however you sure did bring the eggplant back to life with this one!!!!! Wow!
