I just saw your comment and I’m so sorry that the Gingerbread didn’t turn out for you. I just made 14 Gingerbread Houses for our Kids Cooking Class at http://www.TheCuriousKitchen.net and they turned out perfectly. My only suggestion would be to add more flour until it gets to the right consistency to roll out. :(

It was extremely too sticky to roll out, and then once I finally got it somewhat into shapes after sticking it in the freezer to help not stick, it cooked into a fluffy bread like cake.
