<p>I have been wanting crab for a few days and I finally satisfied my craving with this delicious and refreshing dish. It only takes about 20 minutes to prepare, with no actual cooking going on. As with most of my recipes (except baking) you can switch or omit ingredients, and make it exactly to your liking!<span id="more-2239"></span></p>
<p>I didn&#8217;t have the proper items to make the stacks, so I cut the bottoms out of plastic containers. You could also use whatever size food can you&#8217;d like, just take the top and bottom off.</p>
<div id="attachment_2241" style="width: 310px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><a href="http://www.saucygirlskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/IMG_4571.jpg" target="_blank"><img class="size-medium wp-image-2241 " style="border: 1px solid black;" title="First layer spinach" src="http://www.saucygirlskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/IMG_4571-300x225.jpg" alt="First layer spinach" width="300" height="225" /></a><p class="wp-caption-text">I sprayed the plastic container with a little olive oil. Place on the serving plate. First layer spinach, or arugula that I mixed with a little olive oil and salt.</p></div>
